FAQ
How long do I have to use my shoots?
All packages that include more than one shoot must be completed within 30 days (one calendar month) of the first shoot date. This ensures you get fresh, timely content for your social channels.
How does the 48-hour delivery guarantee work?
The 48-hour guarantee applies to the deliverables from each shoot. For example, if your package includes 2 shoots in a month, you will receive the videos from the first shoot within 48 hours, and the second shoot’s videos within 48 hours of that date. The 48-hour SLA applies within business days only (Sunday to Thursday) and is activated 48 hours after the day of the shoot.
What if you miss the 48-hour guarantee?
If Epic Content fails to deliver within 48 hours (excluding delays caused by the client), you’ll receive a 20% credit of the value of that shoot towards future services. Refunds are not provided.
What equipment do you use?
We use professional mobile videography gear such as the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and the latest iPhone Pro cameras (shooting in 4K). This allows us to capture broadcast-quality content quickly and cost-effectively, without the bulk of a traditional film crew.
Do you provide content ideas or concepts?
By default, packages cover filming and editing only. Content ideation, creative planning, and video references are included only if you add the Video Content Planning service.
Can you arrange models or influencers?
Talent management is not included in our packages. If required, we can source models or influencers at an additional cost, or we are happy to collaborate with your preferred agency within the agreed shoot hours.
Are revisions included?
Yes — one round of consolidated revisions is included for each shoot, provided the request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Additional revisions are available as an add-on.
Do you provide the raw footage?
Yes, raw footage can be purchased as an add-on (see package details).
How do payments work?
For the Essentials video package and live coverage packages, payment is due 100 percent in advance. For other video packages, the payment terms are 50% advance payment required to confirm your first shoot date, with the remaining balance due before delivery. All pricing mentioned excludes applicable VAT.
Can you manage posting the content for us?
Yes — social media scheduling, posting, and reporting are available as an optional Social Media Management add-on (monthly).
What if my shoot or event runs longer than the booked hours?
Overtime can be arranged at an additional hourly rate of BD50 per hour, subject to crew availability.
