- Login credentials must be provided in advance for Insatgram Story coverage. Alternatively, a suitable pre-logged-in device should be provided to the content creator.

What types of events do you cover?
Anything where you need real-time social content and a fast highlight edit — store openings, launches, brand activations, conferences, corporate functions, trade shows, and promotional events.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — all bookings are subject to availability, and event dates can fill quickly (especially weekends).
How does booking work?
You pick your package and event date via the booking request form. Then we’ll have a short online call to confirm details and payment.
What are the payment terms?
100% payment in advance (before the event) to confirm your booking. Prices shown exclude VAT.
When will I receive my deliverables?
Your deliverables are delivered within 48 hours.
How does the 48-hour delivery guarantee work?
If we miss the 48-hour window (excluding delays caused by the client, and where assets/approvals are provided on time) you receive 20% credit back for future services (no refunds).
Do you shoot vertical or horizontal?
We deliver in 9:16 (vertical) or 16:9 (horizontal) — depending on what you need for Reels/TikTok/Shorts or other platforms.
Are revisions included?
Yes — videography includes one round of consolidated feedback/revision, provided you send feedback within 24 hours of delivery. Additional revisions are available as an add-on.
Do you provide the raw footage?
Raw video is not included unless selected as an add-on.
For photography: RAW photos can be provided if you supply a suitable hard drive.
Can you cover Instagram Stories live during the event?
Yes — we offer real-time Instagram Stories coverage. For us to post directly, login credentials must be provided in advance, or you can provide a pre-logged-in device for the content creator.
Do your event packages include planning?
Yes — pre-production planning is included (scope and references). We don’t include full moodboards or storyboards in these packages.
What if my shoot or event runs longer than the booked hours?
Overtime can be arranged at an additional hourly rate of BD50 per hour, subject to crew availability.
Can you capture interviews at the event?
Yes — Event Interviews are available as an add-on (requires an additional resource).
